Jabbour Linens offers Free Shipping on orders over $150.00, as exclusions may apply. All in stock items ship within 72 hours of receiving your order during regular business hours. www.jabbourlinens.com does not have updated inventory, please contact us for exact available inventory at time of purchase. Additional shipping and export charges apply to all orders outside the 48 contiguous United States and International Shipments.
Jabbour Linens ships Eastern Standard Time via UPS Monday - Friday excluding all holidays. We are unable to ship to PO Box. Free Shipping on orders applies to orders only in for shipments in the 48 Contiguous United States if the product falls with our shipping policy.
Free Shipping over $150 may qualify, but exclusions may apply, for UPS Ground shipment of only Non Bulk Purchases. Additional Shipping Charges added upon fulfillment for shipment of all orders that are oversized, bulk, and heavy items: towels, blankets, sheets, comforters, pillows, rugs. All custom order products are excluded from Free Shipping.
All expedited shipments fees are calculated upon box size and weight of your order.

Additional delivery charges applied to all shipments outside of the 48 contiguous United States. These charges are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the weight of the order and the country the package is being delivered to. All applicable duty, customs charges and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Due to the daily fluctuation of import fees, brokerage charges and government taxes, quotations for such costs must be handled through your local Customs office. Jabbour Linens holds no responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged sent outside the contiguous 48 states.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a merchandise credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that have been used.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial credits are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Merchandise Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing credits (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be credited, unfortunately sale items cannot be credited (Final Sale).
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 108 Forest Ave Suite #2, Locust Valley, NY, 11560.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
